1. Age: 18-80 year-old
2. Hospitalized patient in internal medicine wards and intensive care units of King Chulalonhkorn Memorial Hospital
3. Previous intubated patient > 48 hours and being in post extubated period < 48 hours
4. Being able to use simple oxygen cannula 1-5 LPM
1. Delirium
2. Not obey command
3. Contraindicated for oral feeding
4. Neuromuscular disease and stroke patient with dysphagia
5. Head and neck cancer
6. Abnormal anatomy of head and neck
7. Previously had head and neck surgery
8. Known case dysphagia
9. Unable to attach electrode due to skin lesions
10. Unable to use nasal cannula
11. Patients with automated Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillator or permanent pacemaker
12. Refused to join study
13. Modified water swallowing test (MWST) not more than 3
14. Patient who aspirated during phase 1 of study
