Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Collegiate athlete involved in football, basketball, badminton and volley ball.
- •Age group 18\-28 Normal BMI value
- •Working knowledge of English language
- •Participants must have at least 2 years of playing experience
- •Free of any medical issue or injuries that may have compromised there performance.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any cardiovascular, respiratory, abdominal, urinary, gynecological, neurological,
- •musculoskeletal, or other chronic diseases.
- •Use of medications that could affect the musculoskeletal system.
- •Any lower extremity surgery in past 1 year or musculoskeletal disorders that would prohibit the subject to participate in sports.
