Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Women with supraregional Vesicovaginal fistulas who have not previously undergone repair attempt.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients not consenting to the trial.
- •2\.Prior history of Irradiation/ Genito\-urinary tuberculosis.
- •3\.Patients requiring an ancillary procedure that can affect the operating time and blood loss.
- •4\.Complex multiple fistulae.
