Inclusion Criteria

Project I: Group of patients who were examined within one year (within 365 days) with a DXA measurment and a QCT at the hospital of LMU
Project II: Patient Group on whom at least two QCT examinations with regard to follow-up were/are performed at the hospital of LM

Exclusion Criteria

Lack of capacity to give consent (clear cognitive deficits)
Lack of Knowledge of the German language

Primary Outcome Measures

Project 1: Detection of pathologic vertebral and/or extravertebral fractures by DXA and QCT. Retrospective recording of pathologic fractures from radiologic imaging or documentation, and retrospective evaluation of bone mineral density measurement methods.<br><br>Project 2: Follow-up assessment of trabecular bone mineral density under specific osteoporosis therapy. Retrospective recording of therapy sequences from documentation, retrospective evaluation and prospective follow-up evaluation of QCT.
Secondary Outcome Measures

Project 1: <br>Correlations of the methods of bone densitometry DXA and QCT with age, and of the methods with each other.<br>Trend of cortical bone densitometry in prevalent pathological fractures. For this purpose, retrospective evaluations of the measurement methods will be performed, and the presence of pathological fractures will be recorded from the documentation.<br><br>Project 2: <br>Investigation of the influence of gender, age, hypovitaminosis D, glucocorticoids on the course of bone mineral density under specific medication by means of QCT. For this purpose, retrospective documentation will be reviewed, and retrospective and prospective QCT will be evaluated.
