入选标准
- •1) patient Age between 18 and 60 years
- •2) ASA physical status 1 & 2
- •3) Normal airway belonging to both genders undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •1) predicted difficult airway
- •2) pregnancy, renal failure, uncontrolled hypertension, seizure disorder
- •3) patient on antidepressant/antipsychotic drugs
- •4) patient with poor cardiopulmonary reserve
- •5)BMI >35Kkg/m2
- •6) Dexmedetomidine allergy
