Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Community dwelling elderly person, Age group of 65\-75 years, Individuals diagnosed with OA knee, Mild to moderate OA (Grade 1 to 3\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Person having any neurological condition, cardiorespiratory condition, Having/ had joint replacement surgery or arthroscopic surgery on the affected side of the knee, Any other surgery on lower limb within the past 6 months,
- •Planned TKR Program, Severe OA (grade 4\)
