Inclusion Criteria

All patients >18 years diagnosed with acute moderate

and severe pancreatitis as per the revised Atlanta classification.

Exclusion Criteria

-Duration of symptoms for more than 7 days.

-Hypersensitivity to LMWH or radiocontrast agents

-Pregnant or breastfeeding

-Patients in coagulopathy (INR)

-patients with Chronic liver disease (USG Liver)

- Patients with thrombocytopenia (BT/CT)

-Patients with diabetic nephropathy (Urine PCR)

-Patients on ACE inhibitors/aldosterone receptor antagonists

-Diagnosed with hemorrhagic pancreatitis/pseudoaneurysm in imaging
