- •1 Patients of Parikartika having
- •Pain and linear ulcer at anal region .
- •with or without PR bleeding,
- •with or without constipation,
- •2 Patients among the age group 18 to 60 years,
- •irrespective of gender and socio-economic
- •3 Patients suffering from acute & chronic anal
- •fissure with no other ano-rectal abnormalities.
- •4 Patients having anal fissure with sentinel tag.
排除标准
- •1 Patients with known case of anal Fissure
- •associated with Piles or Fistula in ano.
- •2 Patients with known case of prolapsed rectum,
- •CA rectum and systemic diseases like
- •tuberculosis, uncontrolled diabetes.
- •3 Patients with known case of severely immune
- •compromised Patients.
- •4 Patients with known case of Parikartika
- •secondary to ulcerative colitis, Syphilis,
- •Crohnâ??s disease.
