Inclusion Criteria<br><br> - Gave birth by spontaneous vaginal delivery<br><br> - Residents of either Yabelo or Bule Hora town hospital<br><br> - willing to participate in the study Exclusion Criteria<br><br> - Seriously ill and planned to move during the study period<br><br> - Stillbirth<br><br> - Neonatal death<br><br> - Gave birth cesarean delivery
