Patients age from 18 years to 80 years of either sex diagnosed with atrial fibrillation, patients undergone valve replacement therapy, patients with DVT or having risk of DVT and should be newly started with Vit-K oral anticoagulants for minimum of three months treatment plan. Patients should know to read English or any of the local languages Kannada, Marathi and Hindi.
Patients with severe renal insufficiency, who are on dialysis, patients with active liver disease, pregnant patients, bleeding disorders, patients having visual and hearing impairment, Patients suffering from lupus anticoagulant or antiphospholipid syndrome.
