Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients ASA I\-III Physical status
- •2\.Age 18\-80 yrs
- •3\.Undergoing elective middle ear surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with gastrointestinal disease
- •2\. History of motion sickness
- •3\. Previous episode of PONV
- •4\. Those who received opiods, steroids and antiemetic medication 24 hours prior to surgery
- •5\. Patients with advanced cardiopulmonary disease, anemia
- •6\. Known allergy for drugs used in the study.
