- •1.Patients ASA I-III Physical status
- •2.Age 18-80 yrs
- •3.Undergoing elective middle ear surgery.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with gastrointestinal disease
- •2. History of motion sickness
- •3. Previous episode of PONV
- •4. Those who received opiods, steroids and antiemetic medication 24 hours prior to surgery
- •5. Patients with advanced cardiopulmonary disease, anemia
- •6. Known allergy for drugs used in the study.
