Inclusion Criteria
age >= 18 years,
- pN2 after surgery of the primary tumor and systematic mediastinal lymphadenectomy
- with histologically confirmed NSCLC
Exclusion Criteria
- R1-status after surgery, because then radiation is indicated in any case
- distant metastases
- pN1 or pN3
