1. Healthy patients without systemic diseases or
allergic reactions (ASA I and ASA II).
2. Single-rooted teeth with a single root canal.
3. Patients with no signs of immature apex or
previously initiated RCT.
4. No associated mobility of the tooth.
5. Patients with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis or
apical periodontitis.
1. Patients who had taken analgesic or anti-
inflammatory drugs within the last 12 hours of
root canal obturation.
2. Pregnancy or lactating mother.
3. Radiographic evidence of resorption
(internal/external), root fracture, calcification,
advanced bony destruction.
4. Previously treated or initiated tooth.
