  • NOT WILLING FOR CONSENT, INFECTION AT INJECTION SITE , PRE OPERATIVE OPIOD CONSUMPTION, PREVIOUS LUMBAR SPINE SURGERY, CONTRAINDICATION TO REGIONAL ANAESTHESIA , HYPERSENSITIVITY TO DRUGS , LUMBO SACRAL ANAMOLY
