- •1.Patient not willing for trial.
- •2.Patient suffering from other ocular disorders
- •3.Cases complicated with superadded infection and corneal ulcer
- •4.Cases complicated with trachoma
- •5.Cases presenting with shield ulcer,plaques and pseudogerontoxon
- •6.Patient suffering from bleeding and clotting disorders
- •7.Patient with positive HIV and HBsAg
- •8.Patient suffering from hypertension and diabetes.
