1- Diagnosed Children of Spastic Cerebral palsy
2- Reasonable Intelligence Quiescent (IQ) and Cognitive Function
3. Children of age 6-18 years4. Any gender
5. GMFCS 1, 2 & 3 6. Informed consent
1. Uncooperative subjects
2. Presence of kyphosis and or scoliosis
3. Any apparent chest deformity
4. GMFCS 4 & 5
5. History of Tracheostomy.
6. Subjects suffering from neurodegenerative diseases, psychiatric illness, or myopathies
7. Subjects have any history of lung disease, cardiac illness, and or sign of respiratory
infection at the time of the study
