- •1)Patients >18 years of age.
- •2)All patients with localized alopecia ( < 5 patches) on the scalp
排除标准
- •1)Early age of onset of alopecia areata
- •2)Nail changes
- •3)Duration > 1 year
- •4)Family history of Alopecia Areata
- •5)Patterns-ophiasis, sisaipho, reticular
- •6)Active infection at lesional site.
- •7)Associated autoimmune disease.
- •8)Pregnancy
- •9) Received any prior treatment within a month
- •10) Hormonal association
- •11) Endocrine abnormality
