Inclusion Criteria
Participants were required to be free of metabolic, neuromuscular, and musculoskeletal disorders; have no history of back, knee, or ankle pain; and can wall squat exercise and be without pain in any part of the body during wall squats.
Exclusion Criteria
Subjects with metabolic, neuromuscular and musculoskeletal disorders. Subjects with a history of back, knee, or ankle pain within the last 6 months. And the person suffering pain during the wall squat.
