• ASA grade I and II.
•Both sex of age group >18yr
•Undergoing surgery for elective and emergency
Exclusion Criteria
•Age < 18 yr
•History of allergy to local anaesthetic agent.
•Bleeding disorders
•History of significant psychiatric problem
•Parturient and lactating women
•Infection at the puncture site
