- •patients with asthma disease;
- •20- 65 years old;
- •the ability to read and write;
- •lack of visual and hearing problems;
- •the patient's ability to speak in Persian language.
- •Exclusion criteria:
- •home displacement and Inaccessibility to them;
- •past involvement to training sessions;
- •other training sessions attended by patient during the study;
- •the presence of at least one of the training sessions.
