Among patients with full-thickness rotator cuff tears in the shoulder joint, patients undergoing arthroscopic rotator cuff repair through interscalene block, Patients who agreed to participate in this study
- Extensive rotator cuff tear
- Elderly patients over 75 years of age
- Patients for whom local nerve anesthesia is contraindicated due to blood clotting disorders, etc.
- Patients undergoing revision surgery due to primary surgery failure
- Patients with a history of ipsilateral shoulder surgery
- Patients with neurological lesions of the ipsilateral shoulder
- Patients who discontinued IV-PCA due to side effects within 48 hours after surgery
