Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Male or female patients more than 18 years of age
- •2\.Diagnosis of HFrEF (LVEF less than 40%) from any etiologies for at least 3 months
- •3\.Episode(s) of documented pulmonary or systemic congestion, requiring therapy
- •4\.No unplanned hospitalization within 1 month
- •5\.Regular follow\-up in heart failure clinic at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai hospital
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Diagnosis of heart failure with mildly reduced ejection fraction (HFmrEF), HFpEF, or heart failure with improved ejection fraction (HFiEF) (left ventricular ejection more than 40%) at the presentation
- •2\.Any unplanned hospitalization within 1 month, including heart failure hospitalization and any cardiovascular events
- •3\.Advanced or metastatic cancer at the diagnosis of heart failure
- •4\.Pregnancy during follow\-up period
- •5\.Loss to follow\-up within the first year or inadequate data for analysis
