  • •1\.patients over 18\-year\-old admitted in SICU
  • •2\.meeting criteria of septic shock within 24 hours

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Patients who admitted ICU
  • •less than 24 hours
  • •\- Patients who developed
  • •septic shock more than 24
  • •hours before admission to
  • •\- Patients who admitted to
  • •Medical ICU
  • •\- no resuscitation
  • •\- on cardiopulmonary bypass
  • •during surgery
