Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.patients over 18\-year\-old admitted in SICU
  • 2\.meeting criteria of septic shock within 24 hours

Exclusion Criteria

  • \- Patients who admitted ICU
  • less than 24 hours
  • \- Patients who developed
  • septic shock more than 24
  • hours before admission to
  • \- Patients who admitted to
  • Medical ICU
  • \- no resuscitation
  • \- on cardiopulmonary bypass
  • during surgery
