Brief Summary

**Internet has become inevitable and integral part of modern life of many as it facilitates business, entertainment, communication , education in the contemporary world. Internet is a productive tool and beneficiary to majority of the users, still its excessive use leads to significant negative consequences on human behaviour like poor academic performance, decrease in psychological wellbeing, decrease interaction with peers and family members. So, far at least in India, no structured intervention studies carried out aiming to promote healthy usage of internet and to target specially problematic or harmful internet users. In this study, we are attempting to study the developing and implementing the feasibility of brief psychosocial intervention for Youth with problematic internet use.**

Inclusion Criteria

Those who are scoring 50 to 80 score on Internet Addiction Test.

Exclusion Criteria

Severe Psychiatry and neurological conditions.
