Inclusion Criteria
1. Pregnancies between 28 and 34 weeks of gestation
2. Singleton pregnancies
Exclusion Criteria
1. Period of gestation 30 weeks.
2. Period of gestation 34 weeks.
3. Previous history of receiving antenatal steroids.
4. Multiple gestations.
5. Obvious fetal and uterine anomalies.
6. Contraindications to steroids like systemic infections and peptic ulcer disease.
7. Mothers on drugs like magnesium sulphate and benzodiazepines which alter NST pattern in fetus.

Name Time Method 1. Change in Doppler- Uterine Artery PI and Middle Cerebral Artery PI after antenatal administration of corticosteroids <br/ ><br>2. Change in baseline heart rate, beat to beat variability, accelerations, decelerations of NST after antenatal administration of corticosteroids.Timepoint: 1. Before steroid administration (baseline) <br/ ><br>2. 24 hours after administration of 1st dose of steroid
