i.)Prior COVID-19-infection that did not require hospitalization and that was confirmed a positive reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test.
ii.)Persistent, post-infection cardiac symptoms such as chest pain, dyspnea, palpitations and exercise intolerance at time of assessment.
history of myocardial infarction, coronary artery bypass surgery, coronary artery disease, congenital heart disease, prior myocarditis, and contraindications to CMR examination or gadolinium contrast agent

Name Time Method CMR parameter of heart function and myocardial changes:<br>Left ventricular volumes, strain parameters (deformation parameters of the musculature), T2 and T1 parameters for myocardial edema and myocardial necrosis.

Name Time Method Occurrence of new clinical adverse events: death, stroke, new myocarditis, myocardial infarction, new onset heart failure.
