The nurse-midwife working in the delivery room, who did not participate in any course on professional health ethics
Exclusion Criteria
Any nurse-midwife who did not speak, read, or write the Arabic language efficiently

Name Time Method Application Ethical Rule in (Delivery Room). Timepoint: Participants response to the instructional program will be within one weeks of the end program to examine the effectiveness of the instructional programs toward professional ethics knowledge and practices for nurse-midwives, second post test after one month. Method of measurement: A special tool designed to measure knowledge and practices of professional ethics.
