Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Elderly persons previously diagnosed by physicians qualified both in the public and private network of Recife, PE, Brazil; who are 60 years of age or over; have not exercised for at least six months; sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
- •To have acute musculoskeletal pain, interfering in the performance of the tests and in the training; history and sequelae of neurodegenerative diseases; express the desire to stop participating in the research.
