Inclusion Criteria

1. Office workers who aged between 20-35 years old and working in Khon Kean University, Khon Kaen Province, Thailand.
2. The participants who have work characteristic in prolong static sitting position and use desktop computer for working more than 4 hr. per day with full time employed at least 6 months.
3. Have perceive stress during past 6 month with Suan prung stress test Thai Version 20 questions in mild level (0-24 points) and moderate level (25-42 points)
4. Have pain intensity during past 3 month with visual analogue scale (0-10cmVAS) during 1-4cm (mild pain) to 5-6cm (moderate pain) (Jensen et al., 2003).
5. Have pain pressure threshold with a pressure algometer in excess of 4kg/cm2. Not have inflammation and neurological sign such as numbness, burning pain, etc. Interviews and physical examination were performed by physiotherapists.
6. Not have any disease that limited exercise or chronic disease that must be treated with medicine more than three months, such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and Hypercholesterolemia.
7. No disability or limited range of motion of upper limb. Physical examinations were performed by physiotherapists.
8. Participants are able to verbally communicate and agree to join the program.

Exclusion Criteria

1.A history of underlying diseases or disorder. (For example, herniated disc, spondylosis, spondylolysis, spondylolisthesis, whiplash injury, cervical spine surgery, skin disease, Muscle diseases, Neurological deficits, inflammatory arthritis)
2.Have psychiatric disorder or unable to verbally communicate.
3.Being pregnant
4.Have a history of neck or shoulder surgery including the any contraindication to perform neck stretching exercise
