Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
The subejtive level of stress will be assesed directly before (t1 = prae), immediately (t2 = post1), and one week after (t3 = post2) the training with the Percieved Stress Scale (PSS) and a 2-Item-Stress Test (subjective rating). The difference between prae and post1/post2 will be the main outcome of the study and will present reduction in subjective stress level.<br>Because the target sample size has been reduced due to the Corona pandemic, we decided to analyse the data with hierarchical linear models. Therefore, our primary outcome will be the change in stress level over time.
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Other associated outcomes are error-rets during the AAMT, adherence to dysfunctional attitudes, the intense of felt emotions during the AAMT, and the amount of emotional behavior by self and external ratings. These variables will be gathered in order to identify mediating effects of the main outcome (percieved stress level). Additional secondary outcomes are depressive symptoms and emotion regulation skills.
