Inclusion Criteria
previously involved in care of person living with dementia at home (contact at least 2 times/week)
- currently at least 2 times/week personal visit in the nursing home
- fluent in German
- at least 5cm hair length
Exclusion Criteria
- Professional caregiver who has cared for the person living with dementia as part of their professional duties
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- The following acute mental illnesses: major depressive episode with psychotic symptoms; delusional disorder
