Inclusion Criteria
•Patient presented with clinical signs and symptoms Manyastambha vis-à-vis-Cervical Spondylosis.
•Newly/Early diagnosed (0-5 year) patients of Manyastambha.
Exclusion Criteria
•Rheumatoid arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis
•Cervical fracture and dislocation of cervical vertebrae.
•Cervical compressive myelopathy.
•Post spinal surgical case.
•Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension.
•Pregnant or lactating women.
