- •Shoulder joint movement limitation, Pain for more than 3 years, Promary adhesive capsulitis.

- •Hypersensitive to local anesthetic, Glenohumeral pathology, Malignacy,local site infection.

To compare analgesia in both groups
时间窗: To compare analgesia in both groups immediately after the procedure and after one week
次要结局
- To compare range of motion of shoulder joint and analgesia(To compare range of motion and analgesia after one week)
