- •Patients undergoing TKR under spinal anesthesia with IV-PCA
排除标准
- •Patients over the age of 85 years
- •Patients who have cognitive or mental problem
- •Patients who can not receive spinal anesthesia due to abnormal blood coagulation and other conditions
- •Patients with contraindications for the drugs used in this study
- •Patients who can not express PONV scale and pain scale
- •Patients with reoperation of TKR or inflammation of knee
