Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age: 18\-45 years
  • •Primi undergoing cesarean section
  • •Emergency and Elective surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Partureints refusal
  • •Pregnancy induced hypertension, Eclampsia
  • •Any contraindication to SAB
  • •K/C/O Migraine or any other headache.
  • •Parturients is on any analgesic medication.
  • •Partureints is unable to communicate
  • •Poor Renal, Hepatic, Cardiac function
  • •Obese patients (BMI \>35\)
  • •More then 1 attempt taken for SAB
