- •Age: 18-45 years
- •Primi undergoing cesarean section
- •Emergency and Elective surgery
排除标准
- •Partureints refusal
- •Pregnancy induced hypertension, Eclampsia
- •Any contraindication to SAB
- •K/C/O Migraine or any other headache.
- •Parturients is on any analgesic medication.
- •Partureints is unable to communicate
- •Poor Renal, Hepatic, Cardiac function
- •Obese patients (BMI >35)
- •More then 1 attempt taken for SAB
