Inclusion Criteria
Individuals age 45-60 years
both male and female
Type-2 diabetes and were on oral hypoglycemic agents with or without insulin therapy.
Individuals who are willing to participate in study and providing signed informed consent form
Exclusion Criteria
Diabetic foot ulcer.
type 1 diabetes
pregnant women.
experienced stroke before 6 months.
visual deficit.
case of respiratory disease,neurological disease,coronary artery disease.people with thyroid disease and musculoskeletal problem that interfred with exercise training
