Inclusion Criteria

1. It conforms to the diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis complicated with thyroid nodules;
2. It conforms to the dialectical standard of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine;
3. Aged 18 to 70 years, gender is not limited;
4. Informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Hashimoto's thyroiditis in hyperthyroidism stage;
2. Patients with obvious compression symptoms caused by goiter or confirmed thyroid cancer;
3. Patients with clinical hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism caused by other reasons ;
4. Patients with serious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney;
5. Patients with mental and psychological disorders ;
6. Patients with allergic history of traditional Chinese medicine or proprietary Chinese medicine;
7. Patients who are participating in clinical research of other drugs ;
8. Pregnant women and lactating women.
