2.ASA physical Status I, II, III and Emergency surgeries
3.Patients undergoing general anesthesia with sevoflurane as the volatile anesthetic procedures in the specialties including general surgery, orthopaedic, gynaecological, otorhinolaryngology(ENT), urology, plastic, and maxillofacial surgeries are performed.
4.Patients admitted in the post anesthesia care unit (PACU) after extubating in the operating room (OR)
1.Those who have undergone a neurosurgical procedure
2.Patients known to have pre-existing neurological disease, (such as a history of chronic dementia, psychosis, mental retardation, cerebrovascular accident with residual cognitive impairment)
3.Patients who will have the procedure exclusively under local/regional anesthetic technique
4.Patients admitted to the PACU with endotracheal tube in situ
5.Patient refusal to participate
