Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Painful snapping scapula (\>12 months) who failed adequate conservative treatment : non steroidal anti\-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS); local injection of corticosteroids and physiotherapy with scapular adduction and postural shoulder shrug exercises.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Bony abnormalities
