Inclusion Criteria
All neonates less than 37 weeks of gestation with birth percentile <10th centile in postnatal growth chart (intergrowth 21)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Neonates with major anomaly
2. Neonates with moderate to severe birth asphyxia 3. Neonates with primary liver disorders

Name Time Method 1.To compare the liver function test and lipid profile of preterm IUGR neonates of less than 37 weeks of gestation with appropriate for age neonates. <br/ ><br>2.To correlate the liver function abnormality and abnormal lipid profile with subsequent physical growth during stay in NICU. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Day 0 and 1 year
