Inclusion Criteria
Clinically or radiologically diagnosed cases of post stoke hemiplegia with truncal and
postural imbalance.
Patients aged between 25_65years.
Patients of all genders.
Able to understand and follow commands.
Currently not receiving any other type of intervention.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with Vestibular and cerebellar lesion
Patients with impaired vision.
Patients with altered sensorium or aphasia serious enough to impair understanding of simple commands.
Coexisting major neurological and psychiatric diseases.
Orthopedic or Rheumatological diseases impairing mobility.
Pregnant and lactating women.
Advanced liver, kidney, cardiac and pulmonary diseases.
Conditions where massage is contraindicated.
