Inclusion Criteria

ADNM 8 score higher than 18,5; prescreening of patient does result in a qualification for the group, cost coverage accepted by DRV, hospitalisation longer than 4 weeks, adequate language skills german.

Exclusion Criteria

- hospitalisation shorter than 5 weeks - cost coverage accepted by health insurance or insurance association - prescreening of patient does not result in a qualification for the group, insufficient language skills german.

Primary Outcome Measures

The effectiveness of the new group therapy wisdom therapy” is evaluated. A group therapy which focusses on the development of activities serves as a comparison group. Dependant primary variables are both the multidimensional wisdom scale (MDW-scale) and the recreational activities of daily living scale (Aktivitäten-Scala). Used questionnaires at admission: <br>screening questionnaire for the evaluation of the current state of burdens (ADNM-8+), <br>PTED-short interview,<br>MDW-Skala, MDW-30-Skala,<br>Aktivitäten-Skala<br>DLB-Skala,<br>BDI,<br>SCL-90-R;<br>Used questionnaires at discharge: <br>screening questionnaire for the evaluation of the current state of burdens (ADNM 8+)<br>MDW-Skala, MDW-30-Skala,<br>Aktivitäten-Skala,<br>DLB-Skala,<br>UE-ATR-Gruppentherapieverlauf,<br>Goal Attainment-Selfrating,<br>Goal Attainnment-external rating,<br>final interview,<br>BDI,<br>SCL-90-R.
