- •1.Infants of all gender with Gestational age >34 weeks and birth weight >=1800g
- •2. <14 days of age
- •3.Echocardiographic diagnosis of PPHN
- •4.Requirement for mechanical ventilation
排除标准
- •1.Major congenital anomalies or syndromes including congenital diaphragmatic hernia
- •2.Any congenital heart disease
- •3.Clinically evident bleeding diathesis or platelet count <50,000/cmm
- •4.Hypotension refractory to usual medical treatment (>=20 mL/kg fluid bolus and >=2 inotropes)
