Inclusion Criteria
Patient with a first trimester incomplete miscarriage confirmed clinically, with a positive urine or serum pregnancy test or with an ultrasound, which have no contraindication to the use of the study drugs
Exclusion Criteria
1.Women who have known allergy to any of the study drugs
2.Patients who do not consent to the study.
