Inclusion Criteria
1. Have symptoms and signs of connective tissue disease (CTD);
2. Antinuclear antibody positive;
3. Does not meet any CTD diagnosis;
4. The medical history is greater than or equal to 2 years;
5. It is in line with the syndrome of spleen deficiency and damp toxin internal resistance and yin deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine;
6. Aged 18 to 65 years;
7. Patients informed and agreed to participate in this study.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with severe organ or mental disorder.
2. Patients who are allergic to or have contraindications to the drugs involved in the study protocol.
