The patients taking of proton pump inhibitor for treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer or reflux esophagitis more than one year at present hospital.
1.Patients under 19 years of age or over 75 years of age
2.Patients taking the drug containing the cobalamin, folate or pyridoxine within last 4 weeks.
3.Patients taking the drug affecting the absorbtion or metabolism of folic acid and vitamin within last 6 months. (exam, methotrexate, oral contraceptive, etc.)
4.Patients with a history of gastrointestinal surgery
5.Patients associated with severe clinical disease
