1)This study is designed to see the postoperative pain at regular interval in gynecological laparoscopic surgeries.

2)To compare the efficacy of intraperitoneal sodium bicarbonate with normal saline in reducing post-operative pain in operative laparoscopy

入选标准

•1.Women requiring level 1 and level 2 operative laparoscopic procedure (ovarian cystectomy, oophorectomy, ovarian drilling, salpingectomy and adhesiolysis).
•2.Women consenting to participate in the study.

排除标准

•1.History of chronic use of opioids, NSAIDS, alcohol and steroids.
•2.Patient with chronic kidney disease, diarrhea, renal tubular acidosis, COPD.
•3.Any known allergy to bicarbonate products.

结局指标

主要结局

Comparison between Post operative pain in intervention and control group

时间窗: At 2, 4, 12, 24 hours and 1 week after the procedure

次要结局

Reduction in post operative morbidity, hospital stay and early recovery.(At 2, 4, 12, 24 hours and 1 week after the procedure)
