Inclusion Criteria
1. Cardiovascular disease
- Coronary artery disease
- Valvular heart disease
- Cardiac arrhythmia
- Heart failure
2. Major vascular surgery
3. On mechanical ventilator
- Ready to wean off
- Spontaneous breathing trial (SBT)
4. Presence of Central venous catheter
5. Presence of Arterial line
Exclusion Criteria
1. Age < 18
2. S/P tracheostomy
3. Self-extubation
4. Severe neuromuscular diseases
5. Previous reintubation
