Adult COVID 19 survivors of both genders (25-60 years) with a real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain-reaction (RT-PCR) test-confirmed SARS-cov-2 infection, treated in hospital, who have recovered from COVID 19 in the duration of 6 months to one year from the start of study.
Report fatigue
Willing to complete the 6-minute walk test, and the quality of life questionnaire
They were able to understand and sign the informed consent to participate in the study.
Patients with unstable vitals, stroke, severe musculoskeletal pathologies, sensory deficits, recent surgery in past 6 months, pregnant females and lactating mothers or other associated medical conditions that may interfere with the performance of exercise will be excluded
