入选标准
- •Adult COVID 19 survivors of both genders (25-60 years) with a real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain-reaction (RT-PCR) test-confirmed SARS-cov-2 infection, treated in hospital, who have recovered from COVID 19 in the duration of 6 months to one year from the start of study.
- •Report fatigue
- •Willing to complete the 6-minute walk test, and the quality of life questionnaire
- •They were able to understand and sign the informed consent to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •Patients with unstable vitals, stroke, severe musculoskeletal pathologies, sensory deficits, recent surgery in past 6 months, pregnant females and lactating mothers or other associated medical conditions that may interfere with the performance of exercise will be excluded
