Inclusion Criteria
- •Asa1\&2 physical status
- •Patients undergoing procedure requiring general anaesthesia with endotracheal incubation lasting \>2hrs
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients refusal
- •Patients with known chronic respiratory disease
- •Pts undergoing cardiac thorasic neurosurgical procedures
- •Surgery with significant changes in hemodynamics
